They acknowledge it as : “This is stored in GCXS format, a generalization of the GCRS/GCCS formats from ‘Efficient storage scheme for n-dimensional sparse array: GCRS/GCCS’: generalizes the CRS/CCS sparse matrix formats.” . . .
